Title of the Talk:
Telemetry-Driven Network Analytics: Engineering Real-Time Intelligence Pipelines for Predictive Infrastructure Management
Abstract:
The exponential growth of network telemetry data presents both a challenge and an opportunity for engineering organizations seeking predictive infrastructure management. This talk examines the architecture and engineering of real-time analytics pipelines that ingest streaming telemetry from BGP, gRPC, and SNMP sources across hybrid network fabrics. The speaker presents a data management framework that integrates time-series databases, anomaly detection algorithms, and causal inference models to predict network degradation events before service impact. Case studies from enterprise data center deployments illustrate how operationalizing telemetry analytics reduces mean-time-to-detect (MTTD) by over 60%. The session bridges engineering data management principles with AI-driven observability, offering a practical roadmap for transitioning from reactive to predictive network operations.
